Maria Haffner’s unique abilities allow her to blend the mind, body and soul connection to fully support her clients with their healing journey on all levels. This is done through the use of her skills as a Board Certified Holistic Health Counselor and a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master Teacher.
Wellness programs are customized based on a client’s individual needs. No two people are alike and as a result a program that was created for one may not work well for another. Getting the most out of life, in the environment we live in today, is very important to most people. Whether you have stress from a busy “on the go” schedule, a specific health concern or just want to develop a deeper spiritual awareness, you will learn how to get the most out of life no matter where you are on your journey. Through Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) you can reduce stress and assist the body’s ability to heal naturally. If your energy level is low due to stress, as well as environmental toxins in your life, you will become sick more often. Reiki helps to rebalance the body at a deep cellular level. Sessions are done in the office as well as at a distance, so even if you are in another state you can receive the benefit of one of Maria’s sessions. Each session promises to be spiritual in nature, filled with compassion and intuitive healing.
Meditation circles and workshops are also held on the premises. Each month a different topic is used for the meditation circle making for an informative educational environment no matter what your level of personal meditation. We welcome all levels from beginner to experienced. Workshops are also held monthly with topics ranging from Past Life Regression, Crystal Therapy, Healing Through the Chakras and more.
